Ah.. the simplicity of using PubMed or other online programs to search for information. Even though it gets us to our destination quickly, have we considered the other implications of using "popular med search engines" in this way? Before we had these search engines, to get to the article we needed, most of us would often have to read through other (somewhat) related articles.
